Netball Coaching in South Africa

If a person is keen on netball coaching get actively involved in the game and affiliate to a netball club. Through your club join the Regional coaches association and become a member.

How to become a member:

  • Application forms are available at regional offices / coaches conveners.
  • Fill in an application form with all necessary information a contact details.
  • The annual membership fee should accompany applications forms

Benefit of been a member of the coaches association:

  • Will have access to Regional and Provincial coach’s courses.
  • Update on new training methods and basic skill work.
  • Accreditation opportunities

Knowledge and personal improvement:

  • Attend club training sessions
  • Offer your service as a trainee coach
  • Work and grow under a qualified coach
  • Start as a trainee by concentrating on 2 or 3 aspects of the game until you feel comfortable of running a training session under supervision
  • Always seek new information by attending courses
  • Apply for the level 1 coaching accreditation and get qualified.
